FABRICATION SERVICES
Fleixcut offers fabrication services with our specialty being intricate TIG-welded components, although large structural steel jobs are well within our manufacturing capabilities.
CAD/CAM
We program all of our machines with the assistance of CAD/CAM software. This will save you setup costs and provide a finished component which is exactly as per the drawing.
FIXTURES
We assist many of our customers with fixturing solutions which has ultimately enabled them to increase production and save money. There is always a better solution we can help develop.
OUTSOURCING SERVICES
Flexicut can provide your total manufacturing solutions. Whether it be laser cutting, folding, painting, powder-coating, sand-blasting, zinc plating, annodising or specialised treatments.
QUALITY CONTROL
Flexicut has set up an in-house quality control department to provide a final inspection of parts. Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) can also assist with reverse-engineering needs.
DESIGN
Designing is the number one key to a correct part for it to be manufacture efficiently. We can assit you with your design process with our experienced staff and 3D modeling services.
